Terms and Conditions

Our aim is to send out all orders same working day where possible. Occasionally some orders may take a little longer and we will notify you if there is any delay longer than 3 working days.

If for any reason your item is not in stock at time of ordering, we will contact you with the option to cancel your order if you’d rather not wait for it to come back in to stock.

Any products found to be faulty – will be fully replaced with a replacement item on receipt of faulty goods being returned – faulty items must be returned within 10 working days of receipt.
